Individual Supervision
Individual supervision is the core of the licensure process — and the place where the deepest clinical growth happens. Sessions are tailored entirely to your caseload, your growth edges, and where you are in your development as a clinician.

Group Supervision
Small-group supervision with other queer and LGBTQ+ clinicians. There is something irreplaceable about being witnessed by peers who share your experience — the learning is different, the support is different, and the countertransference work goes deeper.

Direct Observation
Direct observation is required by many state licensing boards — and one of the most powerful learning experiences available. I observe your actual clinical work and provide structured feedback in a supportive, non-evaluative frame.

Peer Consultation
Licensure is not the finish line. Peer consultation for licensed MFTs navigating complex cases, ethical dilemmas, vicarious trauma, or the ongoing work of deepening competency with LGBTQ+ clients.

Fees
Supervision is an investment in your career — and it should be one you can actually afford. Fees are discussed openly during the consultation call.
Individual Supervision
Weekly or biweekly
Sliding scale available. Fee discussed at consultation.
Group Supervision
Weekly cohort
Lower per-session cost than individual. Cohort openings are limited.
Peer Consultation
As needed
Single sessions or ongoing. No long-term commitment required.
A note on fees
I believe supervision should be accessible. I offer a limited number of sliding-scale spots for supervisees who need them. If cost is a barrier, please say so during our consultation — I'd rather find a way to make it work than have you go without affirming supervision.
All fees, payment schedules, and policies are outlined clearly in the consultee contract before we begin. No surprises.
